Monastero Prà ‘d Mil ed il suo agriturismo
La località Prà ‘d Mill è il secondo punto di interesse se si percorre l’Anello ciclopedonale della valle Infernotto in senso “antiorario” partendo dal laghetto dei Pescatori. Si tratta di un monastero cistercense che a partire dal 1995 è abitato da una comunità monastica distaccatasi del monastero di Lerins (Cannes) in Francia.
Il suggestivo punto panoramico è arricchito dalla presenza del monastero e poco sopra da un rinomato agriturismo con punto ristoro e possibilità di pernottamento. Presso il monastero è presente anche una piattaforma di ricarica per e-bike, un’area relax con panchine e tavoli e un punto vendita dei prodotti agricoli dei monaci.
Prà ‘d Mil is the second point of interest when traveling the Cycle pedestrian ring of valle Infernotto in a “counterclockwise” direction starting from the Laghetto dei Pescatori. It is a Cistercian monastery that has been inhabited by a monastic community from the monastery of Lerins (Cannes) in France since 1995. This picturesque viewpoint is enhanced by the presence of the monastery and, just above, by a renowned agriturismo with a dining area and accommodation. The monastery also has an e-bike charging station, a relaxation area with benches and tables, and a sales point for the monks’ agricultural products.
Le lieu-dit Prà ‘d Mill est le deuxième point d’intérêt si l’on parcourt l’anneau cyclable/piéton de la vallée de l’Infernotto dans le sens “anti-horaire” à partir du lac des pêcheurs. Il s’agit d’un monastère cistercien qui est habité depuis 1995 par une communauté monastique détachée du monastère de Lérins (Cannes) en France.
Le point panoramique suggestif est enrichi par la présence du monastère et, juste au-dessus, par une ferme renommée avec un point de restauration et la possibilité de passer la nuit. Au monastère il y a aussi une plateforme de recharge pour les vélos électriques, un espace détente avec bancs et tables et un point de vente des produits agricoles des moines.
